Through good times and bad times, always being together
One and one makes talk
Just a smile or a simple holding of hands
Quality relationships are good for the soul, they make you feel happy, make you feel whole
I will hold your hand and be where you are
Just a patient with Dementia, not a demented patient
Sharing a life, the wardrobe and dessert
Relationships are the directional markers in our lives that shape who we are and help us become happier and better people
Who are you to me?
Who am I to the trees around me?
See me, hear me, love me
Heart and hand
Be excellent to each other
Who will know my stories in the future when those who love me become lost to me
Relationship is emotional and personal
The reason I come to work
I would love to make a positive difference to everyone I meet on a daily basis
The lady who says ‘Who are you?’ to her husband of 50 years
My loved one is here, but my loved one is not
‘Being there’ bottle of water, bottle of wine someone to share with someone to listen
I am here for you, you are there for me, together we are for each other
Someone to share a memory with
Bring on the sunshine smile, bring on the party, have a good time
Relationships define who I am
A part carer, but not part caring
Who are you today? Mum, sister or stranger
You and me together, the glue’s still there even if you can’t remember why
Relationships make me smile inside
The person I am caring for may not be my Mum, Grandpa, Aunt – but they are somebody’s Mum, Grandpa, Aunt – and to care I must feel that
I miss my Mum
Relationships – some are good, some are bad
My husband left me through a tunnel of anger and pride, coming out not into sunshine but clouds of fog and silent babble
I am one, we become two, do we go forward together or down different paths?
I know you but who are you?
Take my hand and I will walk with you through the past
TRUST is important part
Learning to take risks
Dementia CHAMPIONS make great relationships
In your presence, there is mutual love and respect
The key to unlock and free me
You are my life, my breath, my everything…….where are you? I love you, I miss you x x
You look familiar, do I know you?
