Involve Me (http://www.involveme.org.uk) is a new web based tool which helps organisations to record, reflect and report on the way that they involve people with personal experience.

The tool has been developed by the National End of Life Care Programme and the National Council for Palliative Care, supported by the Institute for Healthcare Management.
